At ELEGOO, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and electronics; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
